The Great Ayton Discovery Centre has 4 public computers which allow library users the ability to use the internet and other PC software such as word and excel.
You can use the library PCs for free for 60 minutes a day, any extra time is paid for per half hour. The following rates are:
Library members
£1.60 per 30 minutes
Non-members
£2.60 per 30 minutes
Concessions
£1.00 per 30 minutes
Additional free time can be requested to complete complex tasks: up to one extra hour per day.
Concessions apply to:
anyone aged 18 years or under in full-time education;
jobseekers in receipt of benefits; or
people whose use of computers is severely restricted by a physical or cognitive difficulty

You are unable to save any files to the Library PCs however you can save to a personal storage device such as a USB drive.
You can book library PCs online to avoid disappointment.
Printing and photocopying
Printing and photocopying is available to the public at the Great Ayton Discovery Centre and you can also print from your own device.
Below are the current charges for printing and photocopying.
A4 sheet
25p per side for black and white printing
50p per side for colour printing
A3 sheet
50p per side for black and white printing
